The central and Fort Hood campuses of Central Texas College will be closed Wednesday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Classes will resume and administrative offices will re-open Thursday, July 5.
The Planetarium will be open starting at 2 p.m. with a series of shows every hour. The last show starts at 8 p.m. and guests are then invited to step outside and view the Fort Hood fireworks display from the parking lot. Please do not bring any glass containers or alcohol. Campus police will issue citations and/or make arrests accordingly.
