CTC honors employees for years of service

Central Texas College (CTC) held its annual service awards ceremony today to recognize those employees who reached at least 10 years of service this year. Seventy-seven employees with a combined 1,115 years of service were honored with special gifts commemorating their service anniversary milestone.

Topping the list of honorees was Dr. Johnelle Welsh, dean of Student Developmental Services, with 40 years of service.

Honored for 35 years of service was David McClure, associate dean of Guidance and Counseling.

Two employees reached the 30-year service milestone. They were Peter Knightes, professor – physical science, and Lillian Young, transfer counselor/advisor.
